One More Thing…

This will probably be my final pre-surgery posting.  Regardless of what happens tomorrow or any other day for the rest of my life these words are ever true from the end of Hebrew Ch.12 “…since we are receiving a kingdom that cannot be shaken let us be thankful and worship God acceptably with reverence and awe for our God is a consuming fire.”

Fighting the good fight of faith in days of plenty as well as in days of want,

Filled with thanks, appreciation and love for you all,

Mike Evans

  2. We’ll be praying and fasting tomorrow. Many folks in our church are lifting you up, also. Some fellow home schooling moms are coming over early in the morning to pray together. What time is the surgery? Please let us know so we can be praying more specifically. Love you, Mike, Karla, Luke, Benj, Elisabeth, Gabriella, and Jared

  3. Mike and Karla,
I love how your faith in an unshakable and unchangeable God shines through in every post. It spurs me on to greater faith and praise. We’ll continue to stand in prayer and come before His mighty throne with petitions for you all. Regardless may He continue to be glorified, His name made great and His Kingdom expanded.

We are expecting our Heavenly Father to move in amazing ways in the coming days. I’m also asking for the Lord to send angels if need be to encourage and support you. I loved hearing about one of your care givers called Randy that was a believer. That is exactly the kind of thing I’ve been praying for (ignore the preposition at the end of the sentence!).

Thanks also for sharing from Hebrews 12. I will read up on that once I finish posting. Karla consider yourself hugged! Love you dear friend, Adele

May the God of HOPE (A CONFIDENT EXPECTATION),
fill you with all JOY as you TRUST in Him, so that you may overflow with HOPE ( a confident expectation), by the power of the Holy Spirit.
    and…
“May the Peace that SURPASSES ALL UNDERSTANDING GUARD (protect) YOUR HEART AND MIND….. TODAY….
GOD IS IN CONTROL…HE IS GUIDING THE HANDS OF ALL INVOLVED…..

    AMEN AND AMEN…..
